So, it's been a while...:)... since the last time I was here I have been working on record - recording and producing voice and guitar.  I've revisted all of the techniques i knew in the old non digital world some transfer some don't. I have a tendency to shift from program to program to achieve what i want to achieve.   That seems to be a somewhat more convoluted process with record...I will upload some of my experiments eventually.  :)

I am also still developing my abilities in composing and playing.

:)So, Mastering??? eek.!

I'm starting to learn more about mastering. My problem is that in order to learn more I have to do more...a lot more. The peice I'm working on now is an interesting challenge. I'm waffling between expressing the voice as an instrument or causing it to stand out.

New Year!!!!!

So, I went off to Calgary for Xmas and asked everyone to let me record them. I'm finally getting to the place I wanted to be with the music. Recording.
I will be adding some music tracks and playing with the tracks I have recorded to work at learning to master. I will post at various stages. There are so many possiblilties :)

Well, I've been enjoying all of my visitors, watching my plants develop and working on some songs. (working as well but that's kind of a continuity) I have several peices in progress but I don't seem to be sticking to any one long enoug to finish it...:)I'm kind of cycling through and instead of finishing anything moving on to start another new one.

As soon as I get something complete I'll share.
